We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our team of experienced professionals and contribute to delivering top-quality, tailor-made solutions for both Polish and international clients. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain products that meet the highest industry standards, working on diverse projects across various sectors.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain solutions using the .NET stack
Participate in analysis and architectural design
Ensure high-quality standards in delivered solutions
Automate tests in accordance with the testing strategy
Conduct code reviews and share knowledge within the team
Align business and technical objectives through close collaboration with the team.

Requirements

At least 7+ years of commercial experience in designing, creating, and maintaining web applications on the .NET platform
Knowledge and implementation of automated tests on different levels (unit, integration, e2e, architecture)
Analytical thinking as well as problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Design
Good knowledge of SQL
Familiarity with code refactoring techniques
Good knowledge of the design and optimization of relational databases
Knowledge of lean and agile methodologies
High level of interpersonal and communication skills
DevOps mindset ("you build, you run it")
Minimum Bachelor's or Engineering degree in information technology, computer science, or physics/mathematics fiel
English communicative.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of software engineering best practices (DDD, BDD, TDD, CI/CD, Extreme Programming)
Familiarity with system and application architecture concepts (types, constraints, trade-offs, integration styles)
Experience with Azure and cloud-based solutions.
