Our client, a leader in cloud technology solutions, is seeking a FastTrack Engineer - Identity & Security Compliance - Purview SME to join their team. As a FastTrack Engineer, you will be part of the Cloud Technology Consulting department supporting various customers with Identity & Security Compliance.

Irving, TX (Remote)

18 Month Contract

Pay Range: $45 per hour

What's the Job?

• Support customers and partners via phone, email, and web with deploying Microsoft 365 with a focus on Security & Compliance.
• Foster positive customer relationships while effectively managing challenging situations and driving customer success.
• Provide consultative advice to customers and partners to improve their product experience.
• Analyze and communicate key onboarding process and technology improvement feedback.
• Work with the readiness and training team to optimize curriculum and enhance material delivery.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Technical proficiency in Compliance Topics such as Compliance Manager, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and eDiscovery.
• Understanding of sensitive information types and experience with Unified sensitivity labels.
• Demonstrated customer and partner focus with the ability to create positive experiences.
• Experience articulating the transformational impact of cloud technology and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
