Job description

Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Service Engineer to join their team. As a Service Engineer, you will be part of a Customer Success Services team supporting Customer Success Account Managers. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Service Engineer

100% Remote

18 Month Contract

$70/hour + medical/dental/vision insurance, 401 K saving options, PTO & weekly pay

What's the Job?

  • Fine-tune and improve a variety of sophisticated software implementation projects.
  • Gather and analyze system requirements, document specifications, and develop software solutions to meet client needs.
  • Analyze and review enhancement requests and specifications.
  • Implement system software and customize to client requirements.
  • Prepare detailed software specifications and test plans.


What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required.
  • 10+ years of experience in computer science with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Experience in large systems software design and development.
  • Proven ability in performing in-depth troubleshooting and unit testing with both new and legacy production systems.
  • Experience in programming and problem diagnosis and resolution.
