Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Service Engineer to join their team. As a Service Engineer, you will be part of a Customer Success Services team supporting Customer Success Account Managers. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Fine-tune and improve a variety of sophisticated software implementation projects.
Gather and analyze system requirements, document specifications, and develop software solutions to meet client needs.
Analyze and review enhancement requests and specifications.
Implement system software and customize to client requirements.
Prepare detailed software specifications and test plans.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required.
10+ years of experience in computer science with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Experience in large systems software design and development.
Proven ability in performing in-depth troubleshooting and unit testing with both new and legacy production systems.
Experience in programming and problem diagnosis and resolution.
