Description
SAIC is seeking a Program Management Coordinator to support a portfolio of task orders for our National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) customer. The Program Management Coordinator will support oversight of administrative activities, assist with the planning and coordination of the program, and contribute to the overall growth of the program.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate program activities
Ensure implementation of policies and practices
Contribute to business development opportunities
Develop effective processes for overseeing activities and program details
Manage various administrative program management tasks
Provide input to program deliverables
Maintain historical records and files for the program
Analyze program financial data
Qualifications
Required Education
Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience.
Required Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Strong data analysis skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Proven experience in problem resolution, answering business questions, and providing data analysis to support decision-making.
Ability to develop, document and utilize templates for program management activities.
Demonstrated experience of managing remote teams
12+ years IT experience
5+ years Project Management experience
Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification
Desired Experience
Prior experience managing Federal Government projects
Clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Target salary range $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
