Launched in the UK, Bridebook has over 1,000,000 planning couples and has been featured in major outlets such as the New York Times, the BBC, and the App Store. After six years and many iterations later, we have 2 in 3 engaged UK couples and 1 in 3 engaged German couples using Bridebook, and have recently expanded globally. While we serve a very emotional and creative industry, we are obsessed with using tech and data to revolutionise the industry. What will I be doing? ‍‍👩‍💻👨‍💻

Join us in revolutionizing the wedding planning experience with AI-powered solutions! We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to build, optimize, and deploy cutting-edge AI applications that enhance our platform’s intelligence.

Specific responsibilities will include:

AI Application Development – Design and implement AI-driven features using LLMs, RAG systems, and AI agents.
Search & Recommendations – Build smart search and retrieval systems with Elasticsearch and vector search.
Model Engineering – Optimize prompt engineering, fine-tune models, and enhance inference efficiency.
AI Infrastructure & MLOps – Architect and scale AI pipelines, ensuring robust monitoring, security, and deployment.
Full-Stack Development – Work with TypeScript, React, and Node.js to integrate AI seamlessly.

We’re looking for someone with: 🧠💚

AI/ML Expertise – Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agent development.
Software Engineering Skills – Strong coding background in Python & TypeScript, with experience in cloud-based AI solutions.
Infrastructure & MLOps – Proficiency in GCP, Vercel, containerization, and monitoring AI applications
Scalability & Performance Focus – Ability to design efficient AI systems that are cost-effective and production-ready.
AI Safety & Responsible AI – Strong understanding of AI ethics, safety guardrails, and monitoring best practices.
