Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated and resourceful Operations Analyst to join our team. This role primarily focuses on managing invoice processing, resource onboarding, and requires strong expertise in Excel and data entry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing:
- Review and process invoices timely, accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure invoices comply with company policies and procedures.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to facilitate invoice approval and payment.
- Resource Onboarding:
- Manage the onboarding process for new resources, mainly for contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and information are collected and processed accurately.
- Coordinate with HR, Digital teams and other departments to facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Provide guidance and support to new resources regarding company policies and procedures.
- Maintain updated records of resource onboarding activities and documentation.
- Excel Expertise:
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and techniques to analyze data, create reports, and streamline processes.
- Develop and maintain Excel templates and tools to support budget, actuals and resource onboarding.
- Manipulate and organize large datasets effectively for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Data Entry, Reporting and Analysis:
- Accurately enter data into various systems and databases, including invoice details, resource information, and other operational data.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and vendor information.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline data entry workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations, to support business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Participate in meetings and discussions related to process improvements and operational initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, finance, or administrative roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and invoice processing software is a plus.

Salary Range
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00
Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.
