Job Description
The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for ensuring our customers – including professionals, clients, delivery teams and internal partners – receive superior post- offer screening support as well as on-boarding and off-boarding support.
Key Responsibilities
Provides world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a positive customer experience.
Assists with administration of unemployment claims, verifications of employment, reports. Updates Bullhorn, HCM, etc., with information changes as needed; informs appropriate teams.
Timely and accurate termination of employees in HCM upon completion of engagement
Monitor Placement queue in Bullhorn for new placement cards; communicates pre-employment screening requirements to Interim
Ensures appropriate onboarding paperwork, including client and state-specific documents, is completed in a timely manner via DocuSign.
Manages the background and drug testing process for Interim Professionals through TruView.
Manages I-9 compliance and E-verify process.
Maintains onboarding files in SharePoint.
Ensures accurate and timely entry of candidate data and onboarding process updates through HCM.
Ensures candidate information is validated accurately in the SAP system.
Ensures compliance with all processes while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Troubleshoots issues with onboarding process. Works closely with fee earners, professionals, and clients to communicate required activities.

Qualifications
A bachelor’s or associate degree in HR Management or a related field, or 1-2 years related experience.
Experience with Bullhorn ATS & CRM
Experience using
Proficient in the MSOffice Suite of applications, experience using Adobe AcrobatPage
Salary Range
$55,000.00 - $70,000.00
Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.
