Job Description

The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for ensuring our customers – including professionals, clients, delivery teams and internal partners – receive superior post- offer screening support as well as on-boarding and off-boarding support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Assists with administration of unemployment claims, verifications of employment, reports. Updates Bullhorn, HCM, etc., with information changes as needed; informs appropriate teams.
  • Timely and accurate termination of employees in HCM upon completion of engagement
  • Monitor Placement queue in Bullhorn for new placement cards; communicates pre-employment screening requirements to Interim
  • Ensures appropriate onboarding paperwork, including client and state-specific documents, is completed in a timely manner via DocuSign.
  • Manages the background and drug testing process for Interim Professionals through TruView.
  • Manages I-9 compliance and E-verify process.
  • Maintains onboarding files in SharePoint.
  • Ensures accurate and timely entry of candidate data and onboarding process updates through HCM.
  • Ensures candidate information is validated accurately in the SAP system.
  • Ensures compliance with all processes while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • Troubleshoots issues with onboarding process. Works closely with fee earners, professionals, and clients to communicate required activities.

  • A bachelor’s or associate degree in HR Management or a related field, or 1-2 years related experience.

Salary Range

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00

Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.
