We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in B2C payments to join our team at RealPage. This role involves collaborating with the broader payments organization to enhance our residents' payment experience across various methods. The candidate will support existing payment solutions and lead the migration to new payment widgets and tenant portals.
Primary Responsibilities
Execute the payments roadmap to introduce new payment methods.
Develop requirements, features, and user stories in collaboration with design and other product teams to ensure a consistent experience across different form factors and applications.
Partner with Payments Engineering and Product leadership to deliver roadmap items incrementally in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Collaborate with Industry Principals, Design, and Sales to identify market opportunities and develop new products that delight customers and drive revenue.
Stay current with payments industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Dive deep into discovery, design, and delivery to build world-class checkout and payment experiences across various use cases.
Understand the payment funnel and build consensus with multiple stakeholders to increase the adoption of electronic payment methods by residents across different segments.
Solid understanding of funds flow, settlement, and reconciliation activities to recognize revenues and support payment operations with exceptional KPI improvements around success rates and lower cost of payments.
Understand regulatory and compliance implications and frameworks governing safe payment processing, including risk, fraud, underwriting, and identity verification.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Product Management roles at a payments or e-commerce company.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Technical understanding of e-commerce flows.
5+ years of experience in payments product management or a related field.
Experience with products related to billing, finance, payments, and/or accounting.
Experience working directly with internal stakeholders and other product teams to identify needs and balance cross-product priorities.
Experience managing relationships with merchant account providers.
Deep knowledge of the payments landscape, including Payment Facilitation and Money Transmission (MTL) licenses.
Exceptional people skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both internally and externally.
Ability to analyze data (across telemetry and transactional models) and translate it into actions and results with a focus on KPI measurement and improvement.
Global perspective and ability to work seamlessly with a global, multicultural team.
Experience with payment gateways/processors such as Stripe, Adyen, etc.
Thorough understanding of payment methods such as Cards, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.
Proven ability to develop and launch successful payment products that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience with payment processing platforms, APIs, and workflows. Experience in migrating platforms towards a SOA or Microservices model is a plus.
