Affiliate Manager at Search Atlas

Hi! We’re Search Atlas Group, an SEO software company (and full-service digital agency) focused on engineering products and services that help websites improve their performance on Google. We are a rapidly growing organization with clients from Fortune 500 companies to leading Silicon Valley tech startups.

We’re searching for a strategic and results-driven Affiliate Manager to grow and optimize our affiliate program by fostering strong partnerships, driving new affiliate recruitment, and prioritizing affiliate revenue growth. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with company goals, ensuring affiliates are motivated and empowered to promote our brand and offerings.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience managing affiliate or partner programs.
• Proven success growing revenue through affiliate partnerships.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with affiliate networks, tracking tools, and reporting platforms.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align affiliate strategies to business growth.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliates to grow the program’s reach and impact.
• Motivate affiliates through incentive programs, performance-based campaigns, and regular engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with affiliates to create and optimize campaigns designed to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Provide ongoing training, support, and resources to affiliates to maximize their performance.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, delivering actionable recommendations to improve results.
• Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and payment processes to ensure smooth program operations.
