As a member of the Network Management team, our Network Innovations Program Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the ongoing management of network innovation capitation solutions, ensuring the overall success and driving day-to-day operational improvements. This involves managing program initiatives from start to finish, evaluating and developing programs, improving processes, and reporting on progress. Program Manager will be pivotal in managing KPIs, program enhancements, and vendor relationships, as well as collaborating with various departments across the organization– all in service of making our members’ health journeys easier.

What You Bring to Cambia: 

 

Qualifications:  

  • The Network Innovations Program Manager would have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field (Masters preferred), 8 years of experience with project and/or program management in healthcare, payment integrity, value-based care, healthcare insurance operations or equivalent and transferrable combination of education and experience.

Skills and Attributes: 

  • Ability to think systematically and systemically, with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and create recommendations.

  • Effective relationship-building and project management skills to nurture relationships, drive initiatives, and lead high-profile projects.

  • Strong facilitation skills to resolve issues, build consensus, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization to improve processes and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Proficiency in managing high-profile innovation models and programs, reporting barriers, and mitigating risks.

  • Experience in defining, developing, managing, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) independently.

  • Ability to partner effectively with external partners/vendors and drive results through others by establishing effective controls and monitoring processes.

  • Familiarity with value-based care trends, healthcare industry terminology, and health plan operations, with preferred experience in capitation, delegation of services, network management, and alternative payment methodologies.

 

What You Will Do at Cambia:  

  • Collaborate with innovations portfolio leadership and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new and ongoing innovations.

  • Build and maintain internal/external stakeholder relationships, including vendor partnerships, to ensure focused pursuit and communication of desired outcomes.

  • Manage program and project teams to identify risks and opportunities across multiple initiatives, ensuring program goals are reached.

  • Develop and communicate program content, such as reports, plans, and documents, to educate leadership, business partners, and stakeholders on program elements, progress, and strategy.

  • Establish a system for ongoing program reporting and assessment, including KPI reports and project plans, to key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop program monitoring and assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement, recommending changes as needed.

  • Independently identify program opportunities, gaps, risks, issues, and process improvements, and develop recommendations for innovations portfolio leadership.

The expected hiring range for a Network Innovations Program Manager is $110,500 - $127,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 15%.  The current full salary range for this role is $104,000 - $169,000. #LI-remote
