This role is within our Customer Experience and Technical Support team and is a partner to our Retail customers and Sales team. You will assist partners by providing product information, processing orders, and problem-solving with a sense of urgency to deliver a great customer experience. In this hybrid role, you will have direct, day-to-day interaction with our Retail customers and Sales partners. This includes answering calls or emails to enter and process orders, provide product information, and respond to order inquiries. Education requirements include: High School Diploma; Experience requirements include: 2+ years Customer Care or Customer Service experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure timely flow of orders between order entry and warehouse management systems.
Maintain and analyze daily reports; review for any orders with incomplete pricing and adjust orders as necessary.
Escalate order kickouts to Sales, Pricing, EDI support to avoid customer fines.
Serve as main point of contact for Retail accounts for order entry, order status, pricing, provide product information, availability, and billing issues.
Provide product information, pricing, and availability.
Provide ongoing support for Inside and Outside Sales teams.
Partner effectively with other teams and functions, including IT, Sales, Technical Support, Finance and Supply Chain.
Provide support for any Retail Partner Portal inquiries.
Utilize Salesforce solutions to initiate and process customer cases, and create and maintain reports.
Follow-up with customers regarding the status of their open orders and relay shipping information.
This position requires regular and predictable attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
2+ years Customer Care or Customer Service experience.
Experience in EDI
Advanced knowledge in SAP
Salesforce Service Cloud
Strong project and time management skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

The pay range for this position is $45,400 - $74,875; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
