We are seeking a Regional VP, Sales to develop and implement a business plan to grow NAVEX’s business in Japan. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and expand our established customer base.

What you’ll do:
Create and execute a business plan with clear objectives and growth strategies
Deliver revenue targets and key performance goals
Ensure exceptional service for blue-chip customers and long-term satisfaction
Act as a trusted advisor to drive value and expand solutions
Strengthen relationships with existing customers while driving new business
Promote our GRC solutions to expand enterprise and mid-market reach
Build partnerships with resellers, technology providers, and industry bodies
Represent NAVEX at key events to enhance visibility
Act as leader in Japan, aligning regional growth with global strategy
Collaborate with international Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
What you’ll need:
8+ years of relevant sales experience in the software industry and 5+ years of leading people
GRC industry experience in a software or professional services environment required
Proven success scaling businesses in Japan on behalf of an overseas vendor or service provider
Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and enterprise markets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
Fluency in Japanese and proficiency in English
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
Ability to drive results through your job competencies of influence, strategic execution and talent development
Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust
