Senior Workday Integrations Engineer

Location:

Gather requirements and utilize the obtained information to conceptualize and plan the development, management, and support of Workday end-to-end integrations with internal and external applications. Develop clean and maintainable integration systems as well as performing peer review of integration design. Monitor, analyze and recommend optimizations for health and performance of Workday Integrations and process in the tenant. Manage multiple system releases, provide impact analysis on new release features and perform testing and release management. Frame and lead discussions with cross functional teams and stakeholders throughout the Integration deployment process. Recommend continuous improvement ideas to reduce expenses, streamline processes and improve efficiency. Identify and apply recommended information security standards when developing integration systems and assessing the technical viability of new and emerging Workday products and functionality. Create and maintain appropriate system documentation as well as clearly and effectively communicating documentation to teammates and stakeholders. Identify, analyze and coordinate the correction of defects found in all integration testing cycles and assist other team members. Identify when development tasks could be at risk and work to coordinate with the Project/Team Manager to mitigate the identified risks. Requires a Bachelors’ degree in Computer Engineering (or equivalent based on evaluation of academic credentials, training and/or experience) as well as twenty-four (24) months in job or job related experience to include job duties listed above. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $94,000 to $155,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
