We’re looking for an outstanding Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to own the tooling stack and processes our Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams use to win. Alongside our Sr Salesforce Administrator, you will own our GTM tooling strategy and execution. Reporting to the Head of RevOps, you will work closely with Go-to-Market leadership and Analytics to help our teams drive better customer outcomes. This role includes both helping set our tooling strategy, and hands on building workflows, tooling, and processes.
You will make an impact by:
Executing our GTM Technology Strategy
Build and refine systems that drive high-velocity, Product-Led Growth and Sales. You won’t just build systems. You’ll learn the business, spend time with reps and frontline leaders, and make our processes better. You will also partner with Support, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure consistency across the customer journey.
Selecting & Implementing Systems
Evaluate, integrate, and optimize our technology platforms (CRM, appointments, cadences, analytics) with speed and scalability in mind. You will get hands on in building and configuring.
Supercharging Teams with AI
Deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance sales and support workflows. Experimenting quickly and learning from success and failure.
Enabling Data-Driven Decisions
Ensure GTM tools capture key data, build insightful dashboards, and empower data-driven action.
Delivering Training & Enablement
Develop training resources that help team members take full advantage of our tech stack, maximizing productivity and results.
You’re a bar raiser, which means you come with
Relevant RevOps Experience
At least 2 years in a Revenue Operations role (preferably pre-IPO SaaS), including 1 year managing or configuring a tech stack.
PLG & High-Velocity Sales Acumen
Clear understanding of what it takes to build and scale product-led, high volume sales motions. You have strong opinions on what works and what doesn't.
AI Experience and Curiosity
Hands-on experience integrating AI into workflows. Deep interest in how AI transforms Sales and Support.
Grit & Adaptability
Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments. You move fast, learn continuously, and never shy away from a challenge.
Project Management & Prioritization
Track record of juggling high volumes of requests, setting clear expectations, and delivering impactful solutions on time.
Salesforce experience is a strong plus
