About this role:
Ironclad is the leading digital contracting platform that enables legal, sales, and procurement teams to collaborate seamlessly on contracts. As we continue to expand into the enterprise market, we’re looking for a Staff Product Manager for Identity & Access Management (IAM) to define and drive the evolution of platform permissions, authentication, and access controls at scale.
In this role, you will lead the strategy, execution, and roadmap for Ironclad’s IAM capabilities, ensuring enterprises can securely provision and manage users permissions. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and enterprise customers to deliver a scalable and flexible IAM framework that meets complex organizational needs.
Own user and group access management product strategy.
Work closely with customers and internal teams to define and refine enterprise-grade user access and permissions models (RBAC, ABAC, etc.).
Define permissions-based user experiences that provide flexible access control while maintaining security and compliance standards.
Enhance automated provisioning and de-provisioning workflows to improve user lifecycle management through integrations with Salesforce (i.e., entitlements), enterprise SSO, directory services, and SCIM APIs in partnership with customer success, engineering and security cross-functional teams.
Define auditing, logging, and monitoring capabilities to support SIEM integrations and compliance requirements.
Establish and track key success metrics for user access management adoption.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
6+ years of experience in product management, with at least 1 year experience in a technical domain.
Strong understanding of the enterprise software landscape and the challenges faced by enterprise customers.
Understanding of IAM technologies and protocols, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, MFA, ABAC, and RBAC.
Experience integrating with enterprise security tools, including SIEM solutions and directory services (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace).
Strong technical understanding of authentication, authorization, user provisioning, and identity governance.
Experience working with enterprise customers to define IAM requirements and drive adoption.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with engineering, security, design, and GTM teams.
A data-driven approach, leveraging telemetry, customer research, and competitive insights to drive decisions.

Base Salary Range: $190,000 - $210,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
