Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for driving performance? We’re looking for a Sales Manager to provide leadership, direction, and stewardship to a subsection of our sales team while aligning sales objectives with Fidelity National Home Warranty (FNHW)’s overall business strategy.

Salary:  $100k base plus bonus opportunity.

Duties:
  • Manages assigned Sales Executives (SE).
  • Aligns with divisional and companywide sales objectives, assists with sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.
  • Meets assigned sales volume and market share targets, and other key performance objectives.
  • Assists with training and development initiatives for the sales organization to ensure optimal sales performance.
  • Assists with the establishment clear sales metrics and benchmarks for measuring performance.
  • Evaluates the market within the territories of their assigned SEs and assists with development of initiatives for market differentiation and competitive advantages.
  • Assists with fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high performance, and ethical behaviour.   
  • Assists with the deployment of the sales organization change initiatives by continuously assessing the needs and identifying gaps.
  • Establishes and maintains productive relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Develop strategies and tactics for increasing market share within existing accounts and markets, while expanding when there is the opportunity. 
  • Conduct regular coaching and counselling sessions with SEs as needed.
  • Assist SEs with their compensation to ensure understanding and how it motivates performance.
  • Accountable for monitoring RESPA compliance within their respective region.
  • Approves divisional expense reports and works with DVP as needed for cost control.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
  • Minimum five years of sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.  
  • Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
  • Strong HR knowledge and employee relations skills.
  • Subject matter expertise in home warranty.
Additional Information:
  • Hybrid role with frequent travel to client meetings, events, and sales activities.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and travel for extended periods.
  • Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and laptops for sales operations.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
