As Sales Director for Latin America, you will drive enterprise sales growth managing a strategic portfolio split between existing accounts and new logo acquisition. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with enterprise customers across multiple verticals, leveraging Amelia SoundHound's advanced AI solutions portfolio.

Success in this role will be measured by:

In this role, you will:
  • Drive enterprise sales growth across Latin America with a strategic focus on new logo acquisition and account expansion within Fortune 500/Global 2000 companies

  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory strategies, incorporating sophisticated market analysis, targeted outreach, and professional networking to identify and penetrate key enterprise opportunities that would benefit from Amelia SoundHound's AI solutions

  • Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles from prospecting through closure, conducting consultative discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and architect tailored AI solutions that deliver measurable value

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and technical teams, demonstrating expert knowledge in Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic Frameworks while maintaining deep understanding of regional market dynamics

  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of 4X annual quota, effectively managing opportunities across new logos and existing accounts in target markets

  • Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and ROI analyses, incorporating regional industry trends, tailored to to the Latin American market, from technical teams to executive leadership, incorporating regional industry trends and relevant case studies

  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with both enterprise clients and System Integrators (SIs), creating multi-threaded engagement models that drive long-term partnership growth

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales engineers, solution architects, and partner organizations to ensure comprehensive solution delivery and customer success

  • Lead RFP/RFI responses in collaboration with the RFx team, ensuring alignment with local business requirements and competitive positioning

  • Develop and maintain detailed account plans and stakeholder maps for both target organizations and existing clients, identifying and engaging key decision-makers within the Latin American enterprise landscape

We would love to hear from you if:
  • 15+ years of enterprise software/technology sales experience, with demonstrated success in Latin American markets

  • Proven track record of closing new logo deals valued at $1.8M+ annually in enterprise software

  • Experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles (9-12+ months) using MEDDIC methodology across multiple verticals

  • Experience selling AI, automation solutions, and enterprise software to C-level executives

  • Fluent in English and either Portuguese or Spanish (both preferred)

  • Strong understanding of Latin American business culture and enterprise sales dynamics

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field

This role requires significant travel within the assigned territory and occasional travel to company headquarters. The position is based in Florida.

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 plus variable pay for an estimated on-target earnings of $200,000 - $300,000 and equity. In addition to salary and equity, you will receive comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and other benefits.
