  • Work with data analysts and business intelligence teams to gather insights that inform product refinements.
  • Drive data-informed product improvements, defining KPIs for product performance and iterating based on measurable outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering teams to refine feature specifications and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Partner with UX designers to ensure a customer-centric approach to product development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to craft messaging, product positioning, and user documentation.
  • Present feature updates and backlog progress to internal stakeholders and contribute to roadmap discussions led by senior leadership.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams, providing insights on product capabilities, feature requests, and competitive positioning.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring product requirements are well understood and executed effectively.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 4+ years of enterprise/commercial product management experience, particularly in SaaS and B2B software.
  • Experience in subscription-based business models
  • Experience in B2C software in eCommerce or Online Directories is a plus.
  • Strong background in customer research, product discovery, and problem validation.
