Codal requires a dedicated UI Designer with a minimum of 2 years experience to craft supremely usable, aesthetically appealing, responsive, and holistic digital user experiences. With hands-on experience, our ideal candidate will utilize the latest user research, synthesis, and validation techniques to define a results-driven strategy that meets all business and user requirements. They will then execute a best-in-class visual design in collaboration with UX Designer, Strategists, Product Managers and the client themselves. This will include interactions, prototypes and design documentation to ensure this is engineer-ready.

Candidates must provide a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of techniques and processes. Additionally you are required to reside within a commutable distance of our Lincoln, UK office.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of UX / UI experience designing for ecommerce and/or enterprise clients;
  • An online portfolio or case study that demonstrates a solid understanding of both UI techniques and best practices;
  • Proficiency with Figma;
  • Familiarity with the Agile project methodology;
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to operate in dynamic, fast-paced environment;
