The Role:

Hazel Health is seeking a Director of Sales Enablement & Operations to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales team as we expand access to healthcare for students nationwide. This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that optimize sales performance, enhance training and enablement, and ensure seamless sales operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales enablement, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making within the healthcare, education, or technology sectors.

What You’ll Do:

Sales Enablement & Training

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy, equipping sales teams with the tools, content, and training needed to drive revenue growth.
  • Design and deliver sales onboarding and ongoing training programs to improve product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and messaging consistency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure sales materials and messaging align with Hazel Health’s mission and value proposition.
  • Establish best practices for consultative selling, account-based selling, and competitive positioning.

Sales Operations & Strategy

  • Optimize sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Define and manage key sales performance metrics, dashboards, and analytics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with revenue leadership to develop sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and territory planning strategies.
  • Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to align goals and streamline operations.

Process & Technology Optimization

  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and management of sales technologies, including CRM (Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
  • Drive automation and process improvements to enhance sales productivity and customer engagement.
  • Establish a structured approach to lead management, ensuring seamless handoffs between marketing, sales, and implementation teams.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales enablement and operations professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to sales leadership, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales execution.
  • Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and initiatives.

What Excites Us:

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $160,000 - $190,000, additional annual bonus eligibility, a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and a broad range of other benefits and perks. Review our benefits at Hazel Health Benefits.
