2025 is all about GROWTH for us here at Squiz! We’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Account Manager to join our team! In this role, you will manage Squiz’s existing customer base in the AMER region, fostering long-term relationships, driving upsell opportunities, and ensuring on-time renewals. You’ll leverage your deep product knowledge and consultative selling skills to help customers achieve their strategic goals, while collaborating with our Customer Success team to ensure Squiz is viewed as a key growth partner.

Salary & Benefits:

- $100,000 - 120,000 USD + bonus

Who you are:

You are a strategic and results-driven Account Manager with a passion for building strong, lasting customer relationships. You thrive in a consultative sales environment and are motivated by helping clients achieve their goals through tailored solutions. With a keen ability to identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities, you ensure customer satisfaction and timely renewals. You bring excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, and have a proven track record of successfully managing accounts and driving growth. Self-motivated and collaborative, you work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

What You’ll Do:

- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key business influencers.

- Articulate the value of Squiz DXP through product demos and tailored solutions.

- Own the upsell and renewal process end-to-end, from proposals to contract negotiations.

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your customer base to meet targets.

- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to drive client success and ensure timely contract renewals.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success, with a focus on renewals and upselling.

- Proven expertise in DXP or related technologies.

- A consultative, results-oriented mindset and a passion for helping customers grow.

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence senior executives.

- Highly organized and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
