JOB DESCRIPTION

Radix is a global leader in engineering, software, and data solutions, delivering cutting-edge AI and ML solutions for large-scale industrial and enterprise applications. We are looking for a Distinguished Machine Learning Engineer, a highly experienced professional with deep expertise in ML architecture, MLOps, and large-scale model deployment. This role will define and drive mission-critical AI/ML engineering strategies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency in production ML systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead enterprise-wide ML engineering strategies, ensuring best practices for scalable, production-grade ML pipelines.

• Architect and optimize MLOps frameworks, integrating automation for model training, deployment, monitoring, and governance.

• Design and implement highly scalable ML systems, leveraging distributed training, model parallelism, and GPU/TPU acceleration.

• Develop and manage feature stores, real-time inference systems, and model versioning strategies.

• Lead the deployment of Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion Models, GANs, VAEs) in production, ensuring efficiency and cost optimization.

• Build and optimize cloud-native ML solutions across AWS (SageMaker), Azure (ML Studio), and GCP (Vertex AI).

• Establish best practices for model observability, explainability, and continuous performance monitoring.

• Oversee data pipelines for ML workflows, integrating streaming, batch processing, and federated learning architectures.

• Drive innovation in AI security, model robustness, adversarial defense, and responsible AI.

• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and research teams to deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions.

• Lead AI/ML governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and ethical AI principles.

• Act as a technical mentor and thought leader, influencing engineering teams, business stakeholders, and C-level executives.

• Represent Radix at global AI/ML conferences, industry panels, and high-impact client engagements.

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience in machine learning engineering, AI infrastructure, or large-scale ML systems.

Advanced or Fluent English Skills

• Expertise in MLOps, model lifecycle management, and CI/CD automation for AI/ML models.

• Strong experience with deep learning architectures, including transformers, diffusion models, graph neural networks, and reinforcement learning.

• Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex) and ML pipeline orchestration tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow).

• Deep knowledge of distributed computing for ML, including Ray, Dask, Spark, and Kubernetes-based ML workloads.

• Experience with real-time ML inference systems, including low-latency model serving (Triton Inference Server, TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, TorchServe).

• Strong understanding of model explainability (SHAP, LIME), bias detection, and fairness in AI.

• Expertise in cloud ML environments, optimizing costs and performance in AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Experience in high-performance AI on specialized hardware (GPUs, TPUs, FPGAs).

• Strong software engineering skills, including scalable API design, microservices, and event-driven architectures for ML.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence executives, AI/ML researchers, and engineering teams.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or related fields.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Nice to Have:

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise Generative AI applications.

• Expertise in Federated Learning, Self-Supervised Learning, and Edge AI for industrial applications.

• Background in highly regulated industries, such as finance, healthcare, or energy.

• Open-source contributions, research publications, or patents in ML engineering, AI infrastructure, or deep learning.

• Certifications such as Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, or Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Expert.

What We Offer:

• Opportunity to lead and shape mission-critical AI/ML architectures for global clients.

• High-impact technical challenges with full autonomy to define and drive AI/ML innovation.

• A collaborative environment that fosters technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

• Competitive salary and executive-level benefits package.

If you’re a seasoned ML Engineer with deep expertise in AI infrastructure, MLOps, and scalable machine learning systems, join Radix and lead the future of AI innovation!
