About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Client Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will be committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience to all clients and partners, ensuring seamless VAT registration and onboarding processes.

Please note that you should be eligible to work in Hungary in order to apply to this role.

What you'll do:

  • Provide top-notch support to clients and partners regarding VAT registration and onboarding, via email, phone, and chat.
  • Be well-versed in the VAT registration process and requirements, ensuring clients are fully informed and comfortable.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, manage cases according to SLAs and quality KPIs, and solve problems efficiently.
  • Work closely with different teams (TaxAdminOps, Sales, Finance, Country Teams) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for our clients.
  • Report bugs and technical issues to the DigOps Team and keep track of their resolution.
  • Bring any potential escalations, complex queries, blockers, or ideas for improvement to the Senior Onboarding Specialist or Team Lead.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on the VAT registration process and the tools we use at Taxually.
  • Confidently use all necessary tools (like FreshDesk, FreshCaller, FreshChat, HubSpot, and trackers) to support your work.
  • Stay informed about internal updates, news, and changes to processes, and make sure to respond to them promptly.
  • Communicate professionally and quickly with your teammates when needed.

What you'll need:

  • Advanced English skills, knowledge of any additional European langugage is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build great relationships with clients.
  • Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - adaptability and flexibility is key.
  • Team player who can collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. FreshDesk, HubSpot) is a plus.
