We are a global leader in Lead generation and we power the growth of 200 clients across 15 countries in Europe & North America. We are lucky to have a team of 90+ experts with 13 different nationalities, working remotely and in our offices in France and the US.

We work alongside our client marketing and sales team to power their growth. Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence and generates sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.

This is a permanent position that can be based in our North American headquarters in the Boston area (Cambridge), or as a hybrid remote role in our other North American hubs in New York City or Chicago.

About the Role:

We are seeking a data-driven and innovative Growth Marketing Manager to drive our performance marketing efforts and unlock new opportunities for scalable growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about paid performance marketing paid across platforms like TikTok, Snap, Facebook. Specific experience with paid social, eCommerce marketing, video advertising and experience in Native and LinkedIn is needed. You will be responsible for testing new marketing strategies, leveraging data for decision-making, and optimizing campaigns to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across TikTok, Snap, Facebook, and other paid social platforms, with a strong emphasis on video advertising.
  • Identify, test, and implement new tools, technologies, and strategies to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and recommend optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • Own the testing framework for marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and growth strategies.
  • Influence internal stakeholders and teams like Product & Tech, Traffic Team by effectively communicating insights, recommendations, and marketing impact.
  • Oversee project management aspects of growth initiatives, ensuring clear objectives and execution plans are in place.
  • Assess resource needs and propose solutions to optimize team capabilities, tools, and budget allocations for effective marketing execution.

Key Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, particularly within paid social and/or eCommerce marketing.
  • Strong expertise in video marketing strategies for performance advertising.
  • Experience in data analysis to assess campaign effectiveness and drive decisions.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of SQL or coding to enhance data analysis capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experiment-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to set clear objectives and execute against them.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong ability to evaluate resources, tools, and budget allocations, ensuring marketing initiatives are well-supported and optimized.
