We are currently looking for a Performance Marketing Manager. As a Meta Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth through impactful Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences across Cazoo and MOTORS. Collaborating closely with the Senior Digital Growth Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of our Meta advertising strategies, leveraging tools such as Ads Manager, Advantage+ campaigns, and dynamic product ads.

Your key responsibilities will involve strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and proactively identifying opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the continued success of our Meta campaigns.

About the role:

  • Campaign Management and Optimisation:
    Plan, execute, and optimise Meta campaigns (including Facebook and Instagram) using tools like Meta Ads Manager, with a focus on achieving performance objectives.
  • Budget Management:
    Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, identifying opportunities for growth, and optimising ROI.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Track and analyse key performance metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS) to provide actionable insights and refine campaign strategies.
  • Strategic Contribution:
    Support the development and execution of the overarching growth strategy, including annual and quarterly planning cycles.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align Meta campaigns with broader objectives and drive maximum impact.
  • Innovation and Testing:
    Experiment with new technologies, tools, and Meta ad formats (e.g., Advantage+ shopping campaigns, dynamic creative testing) to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting and Insights:
    Deliver regular performance updates, detailed insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and leadership, ensuring effective communication of strategies and results.

What we ideally looking for;

  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end Meta campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including dynamic product ads, Advantage+ campaigns, and audience targeting strategies, feeds / feedonmics
  • Working knowledge of other paid social platforms (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn) is advantageous.
  • Experience managing video-first campaigns, including content optimisation for Facebook and Instagram.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, and SQL to support data-driven decision-making.
  • A good understanding of attribution models and how Meta advertising integrates with the wider marketing mix.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. 
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple projects.

Desired Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience managing Meta advertising campaigns, ideally in a digital marketing agency or a tech-driven environment.
  • Meta Blueprint certifications or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Experience with campaign automation tools or advanced Meta advertising platforms.
