Sales Development Representative
WHAT WE SEEK
This position serves as a key member on a collaborative team and helps drive sales and execute sales campaigns by researching, prospecting and qualifying leads. A primary contact for prospects and current customers, the Sales Development Representative is an instrumental team member working collaboratively to build the pipeline and bring in new opportunities. The Sales Development Representative reports to the Manager of Sales Development.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
WHAT SHOULD BE IN YOUR BACKPACK
Bachelors degree in Business, preferred
Two (2) to more years of sales experience, previous tele-sales or inside sales preferred.
Experience with leveraging a CRM tool to guide day-to-day activities preferred
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate professionally, persuasively, and confidently over phone and email
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across departments, functions, cultures and time zones
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Highly organized with strong planning and time management skills
Proficiency with computers and programs, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite
