Symplicity is seeking an Implementation Manager to join the BR team and keep developing our business in Brazil.
This professional will be responsible for providing outstanding service and support the clients to positively promote the vision, mission, and brand of Symplicity. The performance includes the onboarding of clients by teaching Symplicity's software, providing advice regarding the best way to set up their school-specific requirements within the system and collecting all necessary data and information to prepare schools for a successful system launch.
The cornerstones of a good implementation are:
· A great technical setting - Data integration, SSO setting, system personalization and configuration.
· A very effective knowledge transfer – Not only teaching the client’s team on how to use the system but ensuring that they know how to operate it to best get value from it.
· Project management skills – Planning, organization and execution of several parallel projects and a passion for delivering outstanding results with time and resource constrains.

What does it take to be part of our team?
At least 2 years of proven experience conducting training in software usage to end users and implementing software on onboarding processes, preferably in SaaS companies.
Excellent didactics and experience with different teaching and training methods, potentializing the knowledge transfer to the end user.
Strong oral / written communication, analytical and organizational skills (Portuguese & English).
Desirable technical experience with software, mainly data integration and authentication methods.
Desirable experience and knowledge in Project Management.
Desirable knowledge of systems aimed at Higher Education Institutions.
What will your day to day be like?
Plan and execute system implementations with all new clients.
Gather implementation requirements and provide guidance on aligning system deployment based on clients’ desired goals and outcomes for employability and career services.
Conduct "train-the-trainer" style working session on basic product functionality, including but not limited to system overview, tools, and/or advanced modules.
Consult with client regularly on best practices for implementation and configuration. Identify and propose creative configurations when default system functionality doesn’t match client’s stated expectations.
Responsible for the onboarding of assigned new clients from kickoff to adoption and serve as the new clients’ primary contact through all onboarding.
Establish ownership of project tasks, ensure that team members have the skills and tools necessary to complete assigned tasks.
Analyze client requirements to develop appropriate training, scheduling, and customization strategies
Conduct technical discussions on integration, APIs, and other configurations in order to align product and deployment needs to best serve the customer.
