What You’ll Do

Design intuitive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces

Build responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow with precision

Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams to bring ideas to life

Optimize designs with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and performance

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets

Continuously improve designs based on data, feedback, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio

Proficiency in Webflow (CMS, interactions, animations, and custom code)

Strong skills in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for wireframing and prototyping

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and an understanding of web development best practices

Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment

Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, branding, or SEO optimization
