The Role
As a Strategy Coordinator at #paid, you’ll assist in the development and execution of data-driven proposals that help enterprise clients succeed in the creator economy. You’ll work closely with Strategists and Sales team members to support proposal development, conduct research, contribute creative ideas, and help shape compelling client narratives. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, eager to learn, and passionate about creator marketing and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities Assist in executing proposals by supporting senior team members in selecting creator samples, developing personas, generating creative ideas, conducting research for actionable insights, and determining organic deliverablesPlay an active role in the proposal process by contributing creative ideation and strategic input to enhance proposal effectivenessProvide assistance with proposal development and client work outside of defined responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptabilityLeverage data to support compelling narratives that demonstrate the value of proposed solutionsMaintain and update assigned proprietary research tools (e.g., Shareable Stats), ensuring their effective use in strategic workWork closely with fellow Strategists to provide support on projects and proposalsAssist on assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery of designated componentsShare opportunities and ideas to drive growth for the team and/or the business if identifiedSupport the development of thought leadership narratives, education materials, and inspiration decks to enhance #paid’s strategic influence and industry positioningContribute to a strong, collaborative team culture that values creativity, continuous improvement, and open communicationTo be successful, you'll need to Stay organized and manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environmentCollaborate effectively with Strategists, Sales, and Media to support proposal executionThink critically and leverage research to help develop strategic recommendationsCommunicate ideas clearly, both in written and verbal formatsTake initiative, seek out learning opportunities, and actively contribute to team successAdapt to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in supporting various strategic initiativesAbout you1+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related fieldStrong research, writing, and analytical skills, with a passion for storytellingAbility to synthesize data into actionable insights that support creative recommendationsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and project management skillsA proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work both independently and as part of a teamInterest in the creator economy and digital marketing trendsWhy #paid We are a group of passionate and thoughtful people working together to fundamentally change the way brands are built while empowering creators to make a living doing what they loveWe are growing quickly!
