Our Performance Creative team is dedicated to crafting high-performing digital ads that engage the right audience at the right time. We blend creativity with analytical insights to push the boundaries of digital advertising, and we’re looking for a Digital Production Designer to join our team and make an impact.
The Digital Production Designer will play a pivotal role in the production and execution of high-volume paid digital ads across multiple platforms. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, motion design skills, and creative vision to ensure that every asset is pixel-perfect, performance-optimized, and brand-aligned.
You’ll work closely with Performance Creative Leads, external digital asset creators, and internal designers to scale production, implement best practices, and maintain a high standard of quality. The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $72,000- $102,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
*While this position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions, preference will be given to candidates based in the Pacific Time Zone

You Must Have5-7 years of experience in digital advertising, either in an agency setting or in-house marketing team (Performance Marketing experience preferred).Strong portfolio showcasing innovative digital ad concepts and performance-driven design solutions (please include a link with your application)Expert-level proficiency in motion design & digital production, including Adobe After Effects, Figma, Illustrator, Premiere, and PhotoshopDeep knowledge of performance-focused ad design for paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Search, Amazon, etc.)Exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills with a sharp eye for detailStrong project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns while maintaining speed, accuracy, and creative excellence.Proven experience in briefing, managing, and QA'ing external creative partners/agenciesAbility to translate brand guidelines into high-performing digital assets that align with both creative and business objectives
