Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across key platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, and potentially TikTok, tailored to engage our target audience of entrepreneurs, coaches, and thought leaders
Craft engaging, platform-specific content from our extensive library of expert interviews, transforming long-form discussions into bite-sized, shareable pieces that resonate with our audience
Take charge of our YouTube channel growth, including video editing, optimization, and community engagement to build a loyal subscriber base
Spearhead the implementation of AI tools in our content creation and social media management processes, staying at the forefront of technological advancements in digital marketing
Conduct in-depth analysis of social media metrics, using data-driven insights to refine our strategies and maximize engagement and reach
Collaborate closely with our team to ensure social media efforts align seamlessly with overall marketing goals and brand voice
Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms, continuously adapting our approach to maintain a competitive edge
Contribute to the potential development of a book project, leveraging your expertise in content curation and audience engagement

Requirements

Proven track record in social media management, preferably in the education, B2B, or technology sectors (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
Deep understanding of social media platforms, their unique algorithms, and best practices for each
Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools, with a portfolio showcasing your creative work
Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different platforms and audience segments
Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting social media metrics to drive strategy and demonstrate ROI
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and social media management, and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in social media marketing are a plus
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and innovative mindset, always seeking new ways to improve processes and drive results
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong communication with the team
