This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, track, and analyze recruitment data, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate sources, and diversity metrics.
  • Provide reports and insights on recruitment performance, trends, and outcomes to support the HR team’s hiring decisions.
  • Monitor applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate data input and reporting of recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and improve the alignment between recruitment strategies and organizational goals.
  • Develop and present regular recruitment performance reports to senior leadership, outlining progress against recruitment goals.
  • Provide recommendations to improve candidate experience, increase efficiency in the hiring process, and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Assist in the implementation of recruitment strategies and contribute to improving the overall hiring process.

General Responsibilities:

·         The Recruitment Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting on recruitment data to enhance hiring processes and drive more efficient talent acquisition strategies.
·         This role involves analyzing trends, metrics, and data from various recruitment channels, providing insights to optimize sourcing, selection, and onboarding processes.
·         The Recruitment Analyst will support the recruitment team in improving decision-making and identifying areas for improvement in the recruitment strategy.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and industry trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
