Job description

This is a remote position.

This innovative recruitment firm is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Cold Caller to join their team and help generate a steady pipeline of appointments for their recruitment business in the USA. This role involves cold calling potential clients, following up via email and LinkedIn, and consistently scheduling meetings with decision-makers in the Wine & Spirits industry. If you’re a strong communicator, persistent, and thrive on building relationships over the phone, this role is for you! This is a fully remote role and the candidate must be able to work from 5pm - 8pm Monday to Friday. 

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling & Prospecting

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in the Wine & Spirits industry.
  • Quickly identify decision-makers and introduce our recruitment services.
  • Engage prospects with a compelling pitch and handle objections professionally.

Follow-Up & Nurturing

  • Follow up via email or LinkedIn with warm leads who showed interest.
  • Maintain a steady follow-up process to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Build relationships and keep our business top-of-mind for future hiring needs.

Appointment Scheduling

  • Secure high-quality discovery calls and book them directly onto our calendar.
  • Use Calendly or another scheduling tool for seamless meeting coordination.
  • Confirm appointments and send reminders to maximize show-up rates.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Keep an organised record of calls, emails, and LinkedIn follow-ups.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports on calls made, responses, and meetings booked.
  • Continuously refine messaging based on feedback and results.


Requirements
  • Prior experience in cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting is a must.
  • Proven ability to book meetings with decision-makers.
  • Resilient and persistent - able to handle rejection and keep pushing forward.
  • Goal-oriented mindset - capable of scheduling at least 3+ appointments weekly.
  • Bonus if you have:
    • Experience in recruitment, sales, or the Wine & Spirits industry.
    • A track record of exceeding cold-calling targets.


  • Experience: Cold calling & appointment setting experience is a must.
  • Phone Skills: Neutral English Accent, Confident, professional, and persuasive communicator.
  • Follow-Up Mastery: Able to persistently follow up via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with LinkedIn, Calendly, and Email automation tools (All tools provided).


Benefits

Compensation and Incentives

  • Base pay: R2 000 per week, paid weekly (or bi-weekly upon request)
  • Performance Bonus:
    • R    500 bonus for 4+ booked meetings per week
    • R1 000 bonus for 7+ booked meetings per week
    • R2 000 bonus for 10+ booked meetings per week

Availability:

  • Part-time: 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Work Hours: 5 pm – 8 pm (South African Time) | 10 am - 1 PM EST (USA Time)





Salary:

R8 000 per month (3 hours a day)
