Work Flexibility: Remote

As a Program Manager you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the success of the digital portfolio by leading the execution of digital projects and programs.

As a key member of the Digital, Robotics, and Enabling Technologies program management team, you’ll guide the implementation of innovative digital solutions for Stryker division partners. This individual will be responsible for overseeing software development, managing the release process, and providing integration oversight to support our division partners.

What You Will Do

Lead the team in the development of the project charter and management plan. Direct, manage, monitor, and control project. Evaluate tradeoffs within project.
Oversee the development and sustainment of digital product projects, ensuring successful delivery.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; collaborate with the program manager on the project charter.
Estimate resource needs and create detailed Work Breakdown Structures and Gantt charts to manage project timelines.
Monitor and manage costs, ensuring projects remain within budget while maintaining quality standards.
Develop and implement a risk management plan, identifying and addressing potential risks throughout the project.
Lead the procurement process by developing a Procurement Management Plan and selecting partners.
Create and execute a Stakeholder and Communications Management Plan to align project goals with key stakeholders.
Manage the software development, release process, and integration to meet the business needs of Stryker division partners.

What You Need

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline
8+ years of work experience in project management or a combination of engineering and project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree
Software engineering or project management experience
PMP or equivalent
Medical device or regulated industry experience
Experience working with New Product Development and completing the entire phase gate.

$115,600 - $245,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
