Job Description

Lead IT projects by managing schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication. Drive enterprise-wide process improvements, conduct organizational effectiveness assessments, and design future-state workflows.

Develop business cases for technology, staffing, and structural changes, including cost estimates and implementation support. Provide technical guidance, mentor teams, and ensure adherence to IT quality standards.

Serve as the Tech Infra Program Manager liaison, to support business units with wiki design, documentation, and Agile process enablement.
