The Role
As a Financial Analysis Consultant, you’ll be an integral part of the Finance Team. Your main responsibility will be to work collaboratively across the cross-functional Arity team focusing heavily on AP/AR processes such as customer invoicing, applying payments received, vendor payment processing, follow up inquiries with vendors, and accounts receivable reporting. In addition to AP/AR processes, this individual will have the opportunity to assist in analyzing financial results as well as managing finance and accounting processes to ensure the accuracy and transparency of financial results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage AP/AR processes and ensure proper integration and coordination

  • Assist with month end calculations used for accruals and journal entries

  • Monthly account reconciliations

  • Manage invoicing, payment processing, cash transfer requests and follow up inquiries with vendors/customers

  • Proactively contribute to an environment of continual improvement within and across Arity teams

  • Provide accurate and timely reports

  • Assist in analyzing financials to help drive action as well as increase transparency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in Finance or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of financial and accounting principles

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • High degree of professionalism with good oral and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of financial software and systems (SAP)

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $50,400.00 - 88,987.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
