The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the proper operation of machinery and tools used in the manufacturing plant. A strong
belief in the mission and goals of the company and the capability of working in a team environment are necessary for this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensures all machines and tools are in working order
• Ensures preventative maintenance is performed on machinery per manufacturers suggested guidelines
• Ensures all safety devices are in proper working order
• Follows safety procedures
• Demonstrates a commitment to the quality improvement process and the philosophy of continuous improvement; identify and
respond actively and with sensitivity to the needs of all customers; participates as a team player in all phases of the
organization; and is open and responsive to change.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures
• Has regular and on-time attendance
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of this role
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
• Knowledge of machinery and tools used in component manufacturing plants
• Arc welding experience preferred
• General knowledge of electrical safety and work
• Experience with computer-controlled equipment
• Attention to detail, takes pride in quality of work
• Efficient and able to complete assignments within a given deadline
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong team work ethic
• Communicates effectively with team members on other shifts
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in production manufacturing maintenance preferred, but not required

Compensation: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
