Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. seeks Senior Principal Consultant in Menlo Park, CA. ** Telecommuting allowed for this position.**

Job Description: Work closely with other team members, including various SMEs, user interface designers, product owners, scrum masters and quality assurance engineers to deploy Genesys applications for customers. Work on projects for Genesys Engage and Genesys Cloud CX platforms. Responsible for architecting and designing, as well as managing the overall technical implementation of the Genesys customer experience solutions across all channels including but not limited to, voice and digital, as well as API consultation. Responsible for Business Requirements specification and analysis, Technical Design specification, Implementation and Integration of the solution, Test Plan development and Testing. Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions positioning customers for success with an awareness of Genesys Products. Lead a technical team in the delivery of Genesys Cloud Contact Center Software Develop Applications using Genesys Cloud Software. Work on Genesys Professional Services implementation projects. Design and create architectures for Genesys Platforms including Premise and Cloud across channels including Voice, Chat, SMS and Email. Design and development of voice and digital routing strategies. Telecommuting allowed for this position.

Minimum Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field plus five (5) years of experience in a computer-related occupation. Position requires any amount of experience in all of the following: ECMA Scripting and Routing Development; Realtime and Historical Reporting; Solution Consultancy and Networks; Multi Data Center deployments; SIP/VoIP; MSSQL, Oracle and Cassandra; Linux and Windows Server; and SOAP/REST API. Telecommuting allowed for this position.

Salary range: $173,338 to $183,338

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$128,400.00 - $238,600.00
