SPECIALIST I, NIKE DIRECT STORE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT & CONSTRUCTION

Key Responsibilities

• Track the progress and timeline in project basis to make sure the regular deliverables on time.

• Manage the changes , problems and risks with solutions in execution using agile and acceptable way

• Use appropriate resources around to boost the project result

• Collect the requests from cross functional team to ensure the project moving forward in right direction and pace

• Partner with Retail Program Managers to collaborate with cross functional teams to implement process improvements, enhancing the efficiency of store opening process.

• Comprehensive construction management, working closely with vendors to deliver high-quality projects on time

• Support and follow up the emergency maintenance requests for the store and ensure the normal operation of the store facilities

• Familiar with relevant policies and regulations to ensure a smooth application process for all types of licenses and obtain the complete permit

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior design, Property/Real Estate Development or related field    

• At least 5 years ' process & project management experience in retail industry

• Possesses working knowledge in construction and material, detailing, construction drawings and fundamental concept of building code

• Good communication , interpersonal skills

• Good planning , organizing and problem solving skills and attention to detail

• Presentation & negotiation skills necessary

• Fluent and good command of English and Chinese

• Proficient with project management tools
