Job description

IAA, a subsidiary of RB Global (NYSE: RBA) (TSX: RBA), is a trusted global marketplace for insights, services, and transaction solutions for commercial assets and vehicles. Leveraging leading-edge technology, our unique platform facilitates the marketing and sale of total-loss, damaged, and low-value vehicles. With a global buyer base and a full spectrum of sellers, including insurers, dealerships, fleet lease and rental car companies, and charitable organizations, IAA offers a comprehensive suite of services aimed at maximizing vehicle value and reducing administrative costs.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Product Manager for Titling to lead the transformation of our vehicle titling processes. This role will focus on integrating and automating systems to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance visibility across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong data mindset, experience with digital transformation, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to drive impactful change.

This position offers the opportunity to own and shape the roadmap within the Title Center space, working across multiple applications and stakeholders to solve complex business challenges. This is a remote position with a preference for candidates near our largest title centers (Chicago, IL; Rancho Cordova, CA; Orlando, FL; Clayton, NC; Latham, NY; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX). Travel to title centers every other month is beneficial.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and execute the strategic roadmap for vehicle titling, driving automation, and efficiency improvements.

  • Lead digital transformation efforts, integrating siloed systems to enhance productivity and visibility.

  • Analyze business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.

  • Manage cross-functional relationships, working closely with engineering, operations, and other business units to deliver business value.

  • Prioritize and oversee product enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

  • Leverage data analytics and SQL skills to make informed decisions and support key business initiatives.

  • Document workflows and process improvements, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.

  • Work with difficult stakeholders and field users, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to challenge assumptions when needed.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, proactively identifying ways to disrupt and improve IAA’s titling operations.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a process-heavy or operational environment.

  • Experience with vehicle titling, digital transformation, or process automation is highly preferred.

  • Strong data skills – the ability to analyze and interpret data, create pivot tables in Excel, or work with SQL.

  • Technical mindset – understanding interconnected systems, downstream impacts, and operational workflows.

  • Excellent stakeholder management – ability to work with complex stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and drive consensus.

  • Self-starter mentality – the ability to take ownership, make decisions, and move projects forward independently.

  • Experience working with Microsoft products and SQL is preferred

Why Join Us?
  • Opportunity to transform a critical business function, touching every vehicle in IAA’s inventory.

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with significant autonomy and ownership over the titling roadmap.

  • Be part of a team making major improvements in the last year, with the ability to drive meaningful change.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders, shaping the future of vehicle titling at IAA.

Additional Details

This role is remote-friendly, but travel to title centers is encouraged (every other month). The work environment involves significant time spent on a computer and regularly communicating with stakeholders.
