The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing mobile games and software on a global scale. This role will identify market opportunities, define target audience segments, and drive impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels to achieve KPI-driven results. The ideal candidate has experience with global mobile game launches, audience segmentation, and performance-based marketing tactics. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced startup environment, requiring strong strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and executional excellence to drive growth and engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute GTM strategies for new and existing mobile games and software at a global scale.
• Identify market opportunities, define target audience segments, and optimize positioning and messaging.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including organic growth, partnerships, and influencer marketing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, UA, and analytics teams to drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Analyze campaign performance, track key KPIs, and iterate on marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing channels to inform decision-making.
• Work in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent product marketing experience
• 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related roles, preferably in the mobile gaming or software industry.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling mobile games or software products at a global level.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, user acquisition, and engagement strategies.
• Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid media, lifecycle marketing, and influencer partnerships.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a hands-on, proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with sports brands
• Experience and understanding of Web3 and Blockchain technologies
• 10+ years experience in a product marketing, ideally software products
• 5+ years team leadership experience
• Advanced qualifications in business and go-to-market strategy
• Experience leading product marketing for early stage products or companies
• MBA degree
The expected base salary range for this role is based on the location where the employee’s work will be performed and is aligned to one of our three compensation pay range tiers. Base pay is just one part of Mythical’s total compensation package, which is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their efforts and contributions. This role is also eligible to participate in Mythical’s Corporate Bonus and Equity Plan.
Pay Ranges by Tier:
Tier 1: $146,000 - $201,000
Tier 2: $132,000 - $182,000
Tier 3: $117,000 - $161,000
Locations by Tier:
Tier 1 Locations: San Francisco Bay Area - California
Tier 2 Locations: Remainder of California (outside of the SF Bay Area), Washington state, Massachusetts state, New York state
Tier 3 Locations: All other states outside of California, Washington, Massachusetts, and New York
