We are seeking a hardworking, bright, and energetic professional experience in the CPG industry to join the Customer Success team! If you're a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and technical aptitude, you'll fit right in. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in and help shape our customer's journey to the Cloud. We need someone who has lived on the front lines of SMB Trade, educating, supporting, and working alongside our customers.
As an Integrations Specialist, you will become an expert on the Vividly software and CPG Trade. You’ll work directly with the implementation and engineering teams to build out our integration abilities with customers and internally. You’ll learn best practices around accounting workflow. You will be part time customer facing, adding new customer integrations to the system. Remainder of time is spent improving our integration functionality. To succeed in this role you are detail-oriented, and unafraid to dive into technically complex subjects, provide feedback for fast iterations, create documentation, and jump on customer calls to help chase down issues.
