The Role

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead teams focused on building a Lead Management & Conversion Platform —a critical area that helps local businesses efficiently turn prospects into paying customers. This role is an opportunity to drive technical excellence, build scalable systems, and shape the future of AI-driven lead management.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Develop Engineering Teams – Directly and indirectly manage high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Build Scalable & Resilient Systems – Provide technical guidance to ensure our lead management platform is scalable, reliable, and designed for long-term success.
  • Drive Product Innovation – Work with AI-powered solutions that optimize lead conversion and customer interactions; collaborate with Product Manager to identify strategy and roadmap.
  • Navigate a Fast-Paced Environment – Operate effectively in a high-growth startup, making data-driven decisions and adapting quickly to new challenges.
  • Hire & Mentor Talent – Attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent, building a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of engineering management experience.
  • Strong technical background with experience in architecting and scaling SaaS  systems.
  • Strategy & Roadmap - Work with Product leaders and leadership team to influence the product vision and strategy and build a 3-6 month roadmap around it.
  • Proven leadership skills – ability to manage engineers and build high-performing teams.
  • Startup mindset – comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and fast decision-making.
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills – ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Talent Development – a track record of recruiting, mentoring, and growing top engineering talent.
