This position is remotely based, ideally near Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, Los Angeles, CA or Atlanta, GA. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers maximize the value of our platform through hands-on training, data analysis, and process optimization. You’ll be an integral part of their journey from implementation to long-term success.

Your Impact:

· Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through best practices and system utilization.

· Monitor and manage customer support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

· Conduct training sessions to help customers navigate and optimize our platform.

· Analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations that drive operational improvements.

· Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, creating clear and helpful documentation.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with implementation, product, and account management teams to enhance customer experience.

About You:

· 2+ years of experience in customer success, supply chain, or SaaS technology.

· Strong troubleshooting skills with a passion for problem-solving.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for customers.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to adapt to new technology.

· A proactive and customer-first mindset, with a strong focus on building lasting relationships.
