Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Position Overview:


We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support critical operational functions within the company. This role will focus on material order processing, scheduling coordination, and sales pricing presentations. It requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work with sales and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create material orders based on data provided by the sales team.
  • Coordinate production schedules considering material availability, crew assignments, and homeowner timelines.
  • Develop pricing presentations for the sales team based on project measurements and material selections.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience in administrative support, project coordination, or construction-related roles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with JobNimbus (or similar CRM/project management software).
  • Background in construction project management, particularly in roofing, siding, or gutters.
  • Familiarity with CAD software or similar tools used in construction estimating.
