Job Title: Architectural Designer
Location: Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Architectural Designer to develop detailed architectural plans and designs while collaborating with project teams to integrate solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Chief Architect or ArchiCAD and a keen eye for design.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed architectural plans and designs using Chief Architect or ArchiCAD.
Collaborate with project teams to create functional, aesthetically pleasing designs.
Review and update designs based on client feedback and project changes.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Ensure clear communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design.
Proficiency in Chief Architect or ArchiCAD (mandatory).
Strong conceptual and visualization skills.
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves:

A portfolio showcasing previous design work, including sketches and renderings.
A proactive, coachable mindset with strong teamwork skills.
