What You'll do:

- Monitor alerts in real-time from infrastructure, middleware, applications, and providers.

- Qualify first-level incidents using predefined runbooks and checklists.

- Escalate complex incidents to Senior SysOps Engineers and Level 2/3 teams.

- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support continuity.

- Collect and analyze logs, metrics, and performance indicators to diagnose incidents.

- Document incidents in the ITSM tool (e.g., JIRA) and ensure timely updates.

- Support Level 1 teams in interpreting technical alerts and troubleshooting issues.

- Explain recurring incidents and suggest improvements for faster resolution.

- Ensure efficient ticket management and track incidents until resolution.

- Tracking key performance indicators (SLI, SLO, SLA, MTTD, MTTR) and supporting their optimization.

- Full remote position

What You Are:

- 1 to 5 years of experience in SysOps, IT Operations, Monitoring, or Incident Management.

- Good understanding of Linux environments.

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (a plus).

- Familiarity with Kafka, JBoss, SpringBoot, HAProxy.

- Experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK.

- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL.

- Basic skills in Bash, Python, Ansible.

- SRE Methodology: Understanding of SLI, SLO, postmortems, and advanced monitoring.

- English C1 / French or Dutch knowledge are a plus
