Location: Iowa & Nebraska (Remote with Extensive Travel)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 (includes first-year OTE) + equity/stock incentives, profit-sharing bonus, and comprehensive benefits package (including 401K with matching).

Position Summary:

Unity Works Talent is conducting a search on behalf of our client for a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee sales efforts across Iowa and Nebraska. This individual will play a key role in establishing and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and promoting industry-leading medical laser and capital equipment technology.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in capital equipment sales, excellent prospecting and closing skills, and the ability to manage post-sale customer support. This is a fully remote position requiring extensive travel to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct product demonstrations. Experience selling to physicians in private practices, group settings, and hospitals is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and business growth.
  • Conduct educational product demonstrations at client locations and industry trade shows.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop business strategies for long-term success.
  • Plan and execute territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed quota.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and enhance sales performance.
  • Provide in-service training and ongoing customer support to ensure product satisfaction.
  • Track and report sales data and market insights in a structured and timely manner.
  • Address post-sale customer concerns and assist with troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with Field Service teams and corporate staff to enhance customer experience.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Ability to travel extensively within Iowa & Nebraska to conduct business.
  • Proven track record of high-performance sales results, consistently exceeding quota.
  • Strong ability to generate quality leads and build a solid sales pipeline.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Excellent territory management, prospecting, and closing expertise.
  • A commitment to continuous professional and personal development.
  • Effective communicator and active listener, able to present technical solutions clearly.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills to track and manage sales performance.
  • Team player, coachable, and highly ethical in business dealings.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in medical device, capital equipment, or B2B sales.
  • 2+ years of direct medical laser sales experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
