Location: Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine (Preferably Southern NH Manchester, Nashua, Portsmouth, or Portland, ME)

Compensation: $
75,000 base salary + OTE of $200K+ (Quota: $2M) + equity/stock incentives, profit-sharing bonus, and comprehensive benefits package (including 401K with matching).

Position Summary:

Unity Works Talent is conducting a search on behalf of our client for a high-energy, results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across Northern New England (Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine). This role presents an exciting opportunity to represent an industry-leading portfolio of medical aesthetic and capital equipment products, engage with top professionals, and drive revenue growth in a competitive market.

The ideal candidate is a proven sales performer with capital equipment experience, strong prospecting abilities, and a consultative sales approach. This position requires extensive travel within the assigned territory and is best suited for a candidate located in Southern New Hampshire (Manchester, Nashua, Portsmouth) or Portland, Maine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Prospect, engage, and build relationships with clients through high-impact presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to expand market share and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Handle post-sale customer support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with Field Service teams and corporate staff to optimize customer experience.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record in capital equipment sales with strong sales achievements.
  • Recognition such as Presidents Club, Rookie of the Year, or other prestigious sales awards preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and well-organized, with the ability to establish strong relationships quickly.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions in a compelling and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Knowledge of Return on Investment (ROI) sales methodology.
  • Experience selling to plastic surgeons and physicians is highly preferred but not required.
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills to engage professionals at all levels.
  • Extensive travel required within the designated region.
