We are looking for a talented German Recruiter to support our recruiting team and help us place qualified candidates faster. If you have strong communication skills and are confident as a headhunter, we want to meet you.
As a Recruiter you're the vital link between clients and candidates. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing local and international recruitment processes;
- Implement global recruiting strategy (9 steps);
- Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships during the selection process;
- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications;
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, language skills, experience and aptitudes;
- Conduct interviews;
- On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated;
- Perform background checks and assure all legal requirements and company policies are respected;
- Promote the role of Human Resources inside the company, showing professionalism and being a positive influence at every occasion;
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
- Native or proficient German (mandatory)
- Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
- Strong facilitation, problem-solving, research and decision-making skills
- Solid understanding and use of computer basics (Internet, e-mail, MS Office)
- Organizational and time management skills
- Excellent knowledge of all MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Internet navigation skills and knowledge of job boards
- Strong customer service orientation, analytical and decision making skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast- paced environment
- Stress tolerance

Education and experience
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources, or directly related work experience
- Experience in Recruitment & Selection and or Human Resources is a plus
